all sales are final. we do not offer cash or card refunds. in exceptional cases, and subject to approval by our team, a return may be accepted in exchange for store credit only.
all approved returns must be requested and completed within a maximum of 10 days from the date of purchase. items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components will not be accepted.
